The second option will be the blown-in fiberglass insulation which is easy to blow and install in challenging spaces like low roof attics or a flat roof.
Another use for the blow-in fiberglass insulation is to insulate the house’s exterior walls, and how can we do that on closed walls? It’s pretty easy. We drill 3” holes in the barriers between the house studs and fill up the walls completely!

The third option for your attic is the blown-in Cellulose insulation.
Cellulose insulation is a smart alternative to fiberglass. It provides a green, efficient, non-toxic, affordable thermal solution worth considering.

And for noise reduction, we will recommend using Rockwool insulation in R15 value or higher for interior and exterior walls. We recommend Rockwool insulation in R30 value for roofs or attics.

We recommend installing faced insulation to the subfloor in R19 / R30 value for houses with a crawling space.
